El inventario de los recursos forestales es la base para incrementar la información disponible que facilite la toma de decisiones en los procesos de gestión forestal.

Ofrecemos servicios de inventario de recursos forestales a diferentes escalas (parcelas, rodales, montes, regiones…) utilizando técnicas que abarcan desde el inventario sistemático a la utilización de sensores remotos y nuevas tecnologías.
Apostamos por poner en valor el conocimiento atesorado por la ciencia forestal con la utilización de las nuevas tecnologías. Aplicamos el aumento de capacidad de los ordenadores y la disponibilidad de información en abierto procedente de sensores remotos (tanto tridimensional del LiDAR aerotransportado y el RADAR, como espectral de satélites LANDSAT y SENTINEL) para generar servicios de alto rendimiento orientados a caracterización y cuantificación de las masas forestales.
